Q: What is the difference between 4G Cam and WIFI Cam?
A: 4G camera does not need wifi network, no router, just install a SIM card to work, the working range is wide, but WIFI camera needs to connect to wifi network and can only be installed next to the router
Q: How much W is the solar panel? Can rechargeable batteries be used?
A: 5W, yes, use 8pcs 18650 rechargeable batteries(battery option,xBY option is mean included 8pcs batteries)
Q: If the home is powered off, can the camera still operate normally?
A: Yes, because the camera uses battery to work, and 4G camera does not need wifi network
Q: What is the operating temperature range?
A: Usually the working temperature is -30~60℃, it can work well in winter because the temperature will increase when the camera is running.
WIFI Cam
Your camera should be connected to a 2.4G network to start working, 3G/4G connection is not supported.
4G Cam
Your camera can work within the range of 3G/4G, it is easy to access the network environment.(not support WI-FI network)
You should check if your carrier is in the following frequency bands
if your Sim-card is not in the following frequency bands, the 4G camera will not work

How to Power on the Camera
1.Insert te battery into battery bay
2.Press the power button on the solar panel
Note: Before using, please charge the battery more than 10 hours
What battery do you need to use ?
You need use convex battery,support 8pcs 18650 2600mah, size is 18x65mm,3.7v.
The color of the battery is subject to the actual product, battery not include.
