How connect lock to Tuya app.
How to connect:
1. Search Tuya app in Google play or appstore and install it. Register an account
2. Press # to enter program mode, authorize with adminnistrator if you have registered one, press 2 to enter system setting, then press 3 and 1 to turn on RF setting .
3. Press Add device in Tuya app, select Security & Sensor and choose Lock (Wifi). Choose EZ mode, Select 2.4G wifi and input code. Then click next to connect.
4. Connection is done. If you have problem with this, contact us, video is available.
Note: Tuya APP only support 2.4G wifi at present. If you router is 5G and 2.4G mixed, you can search method to split them apart in Youtube. Any help feel free to contact. Video is available.
